Jargon: MVP
MVP Definition
MVP is an acronym for 'Minimum Viable Product.' This is a buzzword used in project management. For software projects (any project really), the MVP is the most simple and fastest way to achieve the basic needs of what the project is trying to accomplish. In other words, it often means polished/luxury/long term features are skipped to finish a skeleton of the product.
CL Simplex and MVP
We think MVPs are fantastic. Our goal is to get a working product in the client's hands as quickly as possible. Especially in the case of new products/startups the first mover advantage is critical to success. We attribute a lot of our project's successes to cutting through to the most important aspects of the project and launching early and often.
